WATER EROSION

Soil losses from water erosion will be predicted using the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation  (RUSLE).  The procedure and methodology for using the RUSLE is found in New Mexico Agronomy Technical Note 28:

WIND EROSION

Soil losses from wind erosion will be predicted using the management period Wind Erosion Equation.  Procedures for predicting soil losses by the annual method are contained in New Mexico Agronomy Technical Note 55:
