In New Mexico, Mr. Ford has worked on water resource project construction, design, and planning. He has served as project construction engineer, design engineer, and planning engineer for over 26 years. Prior to his experience in NM, he worked in two area offices in Illinois. Roger has a B.S. degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois and has been a registered professional engineer since 1985.
