2004 WHIP Cost Dockets

WHIP cost-dockets and incentive lists are displayed on a county-by-county and service area-by-service area basis.  First click on the appropriate county below, then select your local service area. If you do not know which NRCS office services the area your area, contact any NRCS office in your county and they will be able to help you identify the proper office. WHIP Cost Dockets are intended for use in Toolkit and ProTracts.

Important Note: Although an office's docket is downloadable for each county in its service area, beginning in 2004 there is ONLY ONE DOCKET PER OFFICE.  Most costs are identical to EQIP costs within a given service area, however in some cases a greater range of practices and components may be available in WHIP than might be available in EQIP.
